Vision Statement

Vision Statement Los Conquistadores Director of Marketing – Chris Krawczyk Site Planner – Marieme Ba City Liaison – Becca Long Neighborhood Liaison – David Lane Financial Analyst – Adam Germaine Vision Statement: Our vision is to create a functioning, respectable city. One that offers her residents affordable housing, amenities such as parks, plazas, sports fields, and skate parks. We plan to offer many opportunities for our city and her residents to grow, through the use of non-profit facilities, some office buildings and many retail locations. As we build our city, we plan to satisfy as many interest groups as possible, without compromising our vision of a friendly, family-oriented city. Our city will be one every generation can use and be proud of. We plan to create jobs, revenue for the city, and housing for our government workers as well as places where the homeless can receive sustenance and shelter. We plan to focus more on retail and residential structures more than anything else as they provide the city the most revenue and are a viable ecosystem as people can live near where they work. We plan for the center of the city to be between Jefferson Street and Madison Street and for residential structures to be on the outer-city blocks, near the center of the city, but also a bit detached, separated from it. We expect our city not only to be full of families, but also to be a place where students and faculty from the University want to live. We plan to make city leaders proud by offering non-profit offices, more jobs, and more revenue for the city. We plan to create a city that will last, that will stand long after we’re gone. Our goal is not to raise the most money we can, rather, it is to build and create something that we’re truly proud of.
